How to find us:
We are just half a mile south of the crossroads at Preston Capes village.
Unfortunately, we share a postcode with our neighbours, Red House Farm, who are about a mile due west of us. This means that using only the postcode in satnavs or online mapping tools can be misleading. It's annoying, of course, but unfortunately it's also totally out of our control.
If you can specify GRANGE FARM when entering the location then it should be fine but we recommend taking a copy of this map along with you, just to be sure!
There are also several very small and bumpy lanes in the area so please scroll down below the map for recommended routes when travelling with horses.

Driving directions for people travelling with horses
These won't always be the shortest routes but they will give your horse the most comfortable journey!
From the south or west,
Follow the M40 to J11 (Banbury). From J11 take the A361 heading to Daventry.
Follow this road for approximately 15 minutes (watch out for speed cameras in Chipping Warden and Byfield). About 3 miles beyond Byfield you will pass through a little village called Charwelton. As you leave the village watch out for a sign to Preston Capes on the right.
Turn right into Charwelton Road and follow eastwards for 3 miles. You will pass Heart of England Feed merchants (HoE) on your right. Approx 200 yds after the feed merchant you will come to a crossroads. Turn right at the crossroads and follow the road for half a mile to find The Holistic Equitation Centre on your left.
From the north/east,
NB: If you are travelling from the south via the M1 there is a cross-country shortcut via Towcester and Maidford. This route is NOT suitable for horses, however.
Follow the M1 to J16. Take the A45 to Daventry then the A361 south towards Banbury. NB: Satnavs will try to take you off the A45 well before Daventry. That route involves some tracks that can barely be called roads so if you are adventurous it might be fun but it is absolutely NOT suitable for horseboxes or trailers!
Once on the A361, look for a sign to Fawsley Court (hotel) on your left after a few miles. Shortly after this sign and just before Charlwelton, look out for sign to Preston Capes to the left.
Turn left into Charwelton Road and follow eastward for 3 miles. You will pass Heart of England Feed merchants (HoE) on your right. Approx 200 yds after the feed merchant you will come to a crossroads. Turn right and follow the road for half a mile to find The Holistic Equitation Centre on your left.
From the M6/Birmingham area,
Take the A45 east towards Daventry, then A361 south towards Banbury. Look for a sign to Fawsley Court (hotel) on your left after a few miles. Shortly after this sign and just before Charlwelton, look out for sign to Preston Capes to the left.
Turn left into Charwelton Road and follow eastwards for 3 miles. You will pass Heart of England Feed merchants (HoE) on your right just before entering Preston Capes village. Approx 200 yds after the feed merchant you will come to a crossroads. Turn right and follow the road for half a mile to find The Holistic Equitation Centre on your left.
